Achilles International

This global not-for profit wanted to harness the power of Facebook to engage their passionate community of athletes with disabilities and their supporters and volunteers who together make it possible for everyone to participate in sports.  The challenge: the organization’s national headquarters wanted to be aligned with and to support the dozens of local chapters run with love and care by volunteers, all of whom have useful and important news to share. The team at global headquarters wanted to harness local chapter enthusiasm and help to drive awareness for activities on a national level.

Company B developed a strategic plan for Achilles International on Facebook that aligns the brand across chapters.  We designed a branded Facebook page for the national chapter, and created a process to streamline information-sharing for each chapter.  In addition, we developed an editorial calendar guide for Facebook engagement and trained the national Achilles team on best practices in social media.  The result:  daily engagement by fans of the organization has helped the community grow.
