I knew I was a storyteller when, at six years old, I wrote a short story that won a contest at my local library in suburban Philadelphia.
I founded Company B in 2008 to apply what I learned as a journalist, screenwriter, content creator and creative public relations executive working with the best global brands to our select client set. My goal is to bring top-tier talent together in a creativity-meets-action-driven work environment to deliver needle-moving results.
Our method: telling stories that get attention. Since our founding, we’ve delivered on that promise from pinpointing a brand’s story to shaping messaging, executing public relations and social media campaigns, and launching brands and businesses with exacting, exciting content.
More about me: As a former journalist, frequent contributor to The New York Times, and as a screenwriter mentored by Norah Ephron, I know what makes a story take hold — I have counseled global brands like Kraft Foods, eBay, Kaplan, Inc., NBTY, American Express, LeapFrog and Target, and have helped small companies tell their stories on a big scale.
Prior to forming Company B, I was the creative director and senior vice president at Kaplow, where I how digital communications was changing how brands connect with customers, and founded one of the first social media practices in our industry. In addition, I joyfully managed the eBay account, the agency’s largest. My team ushered in a new era of digital communications and was nominated for two Sabres.
I often speak on how to use the power of stories to get attention for brands, and am an instructor in the digital marketing faculty at Harbour.Space University in Barcelona.
