Clicking for Coffee: Gevalia’s Coffee Break
For Gevalia, a direct coffee club from Kraft, Company B create an e-newsletter geared toward its loyal customer base. The goal was to enhance the consumer experience and excite them to spread the word virally.
After assessing Gevalia’s needs, Company B designed, wrote and produced Coffee Click, an engaging, branded vehicle full of helpful information that continually puts a fresh face on the brand and keeps customers brewing with Gevalia-branded ideas. Since the e-newsletter launched in early 2009, it has generated higher than expected click-through rates and sales.
